Another year and another horrible sales year for the Ford Mustang. Sales continued to fall in 1992 with only 79,280 Mustangs sold. For context, this was the second time ever that the Mustang failed to sell more than 100,000 units in a year and it was the lowest sales number since the model started in 1964.
