Unveiled at the 2024 Le Mans and debuting at the 2024 Daytona, Ford’s new Mustang GT3 aims to compete in global series like the FIA World Endurance Championship, GT World Challenge, and IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. It’s also eligible for top events such as the Bathurst 12 Hour, Nürburgring 24 Hours, 24 Hours of Le Mans, and 24 Hours of Spa.
Developed by Multimatic Motorsports and Ford Performance, the Mustang GT3 features custom short-long arm suspension, Multimatic DSSV dampers, a rear-mounted transaxle 6-speed gearbox, carbon fiber body panels, and GT3-specific aero. It’s powered by a 5.4-liter Coyote-based V8 engine, built by M-Sport.
