To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the legendary film “Bullitt” and its iconic San Francisco car chase scene, Ford introduced the remarkable 2019 Mustang Bullitt. This special edition is equipped with an upgraded 5.0-liter V8 engine, generating at least 475 horsepower and 420 lb.-ft. of torque, enabling the Bullitt to reach a top speed of 163 mph.
Honoring the essence of the original 1968 model, the new Mustang Bullitt offers exhilarating performance and striking looks. It features high-performance components, unique BULLITT design cues, and essential options, ensuring it makes a lasting impression. The Ford Mustang Bullitt includes a manual transmission with a white cue ball shift knob, a nod to the original. It combines the features of the Mustang GT Premium and Performance Package into a car that maintains the understated persona of the classic Bullitt.
Standard features include an active valve performance exhaust system with retuned Black NitroPlate™ exhaust tips, a new Open Air Induction System, a Shelby GT350 intake manifold with 87mm throttle bodies, and powertrain control module calibration for enhanced performance. Other standard features are a heated leather steering wheel and a 12-inch all-digital LCD instrument cluster, similar to the 2018 Mustang but with a unique Bullitt welcome screen.
A 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt with 4,700 miles is available on Bring A Trailer. Finished in Dark Highland Green over Ebony leather, the car features Bullitt Electronics Package, a limited-slip differential, electronic line lock, performance exhaust system, Magne-Ride damping system, 19″ Heritage wheels, Brembo brake calipers, LED headlights, and heated and ventilated front seats.
