This 1965 Ford Mustang, originally built as an A-code fastback, has been modified to resemble a GT350R. It features a fiberglass hood with a scoop, an R-style front valance, a GT-style rear valance, side scoops, and has been repainted in white with blue stripes.
The car is powered by a Roush 347ci V8 engine producing 474 horsepower and 426 lb-ft of torque, sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec T-5 five-speed manual transmission with a Centerforce clutch. It also has an 8″ rear end equipped with an Eaton Detroit Truetrac 3.55 differential.
Inside, the Mustang features a Moto-Lita steering wheel, ProCar seats, G-Force belts, and a roll bar. It rides on 15″ Torq Thrust-style wheels and is equipped with rear disc brakes, traction bars, subframe connectors, and a dual exhaust system with ceramic-coated headers and electric cutouts.
