Drag Race: Muscle vs. German Engineering vs. Electric Pickup

In a recent video from The Fast Lane Car YouTube channel, we got a very interesting drag race that you can’t afford to miss! It’s a showdown between the iconic American muscle of the Ford Mustang GT, the precision German engineering of the Porsche 911, and the futuristic electric might of the Tesla Cybertruck.

The 5.0-liter Coyote V8-powered 2024 Mustang GT produces 480 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to go 0 to 60 mph in just 4.0 seconds. The Mustang GT featured in video comes with the Active Valve dual exhaust system giving it an additional six horsepower, bringing the total to 486.

The Porsche 911 Targa 4S features a 3.0-liter turbocharged engine that produces 443 horsepower and a maximum torque of 390 lb-ft, paired with the PDK automatic dual-clutch gearbox. The Targa 4S can accomplish 0 to 60 mph in an impressive 3.4 seconds with launch control enabled.

Lastly, the Tesla Cybertruck, with its dual electric motors, delivers 600 horsepower, achieves a 0 to 60 mph time of 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 112 mph. There’s also a more powerful version of this electric pickup called the Cyberbeast, featuring a tri-motor setup that produces 845 horsepower, with a 0 to 60 mph time of 2.6 seconds and a top speed of 130 mph.
