This 2021 Ford Mustang Shelby Super Snake convertible offered for sale on Bring A Trailer with 2,400 miles, continues Shelby’s legacy by staying true to the brand’s philosophy of taking an already impressive Mustang and infusing it with high-performance upgrades.
This Super Snake is among only 500 models produced in 2021, featuring a 5.0L Coyote V-8 engine that generates a remarkable 825 HP, enhanced by a Shelby/Whipple twin-rotor supercharger and a Shelby-tuned Borla variable exhaust. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 10-speed automatic transmission, a 3.55:1 Torsen limited-slip differential, and Shelby-engineered performance half shafts.
Shelby has meticulously enhanced every performance aspect, including an advanced cooling system featuring a custom radiator, aluminum tank, and heat exchanger. Road handling is bolstered by the Ford Performance Track Handling Pack, with Shelby-specific springs, stabilizers, and wide alloy wheels equipped with Michelin tires. The car has also been optioned with the Shelby Extreme Cooling System which adds a revised radiator and coolant overflow tank.
