Hennessy Dark Horse Dominates BMW M8 In A Drag Race

The “H850” package for the Ford Mustang Dark Horse equips the high-performance pony car with a supercharger, increasing its power output to a staggering 850 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque.

To complement the substantial power increase, Hennessey has also incorporated a suite of visual enhancements, including carbon fiber side skirts, front splitter, and rear spoiler. Additionally, the vehicle features forged wheels, distinctive body graphics, and special badging.

The Ford Mustang Dark Horse showcased in the video is also a special one. It is one of only 24 Hennessy Heritage Edition models that will be built by Hennessey with a unique Wimbledon White finish.

Now, we get to see this beast in action as it drag races a BMW M8 Competition at Pennzoil Proving Grounds. The BMW M8 Competition is a twin-turbo V8 powerhouse that makes 617 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque.
