David Patterson, the host of the ThatDudeinBlue YouTube channel, YouTuber takes the wheel of a one-of-a-kind Shelby GT350. This beast packs 900 horsepower and 900 foot-pounds of torque, courtesy of a massive Garrett turbo capable of 1200 horsepower.
With no front sway bar and a massive rear tire, keeping this car straight is a serious challenge. The Barra engine, an inline-six turbo, lived up to its fierce reputation. The sequential PPG transmission adds to the intensity, requiring flat-foot shifting.
Despite the modifications, the car retains some original GT350 features, like the push-button start. Driving it felt like steering a boat, with floaty and unpredictable handling. Even at normal speeds, it was tough to control. The turbo’s lag and immense power make it genuinely terrifying when it spools up.
